Treatment:

Termites are notorious for feeding on wood and other cellulose-based materials. If termites infest your home, they can gradually consume wooden structures, including support beams, flooring, furniture, and even paper. Over time, this can weaken the structural integrity of your property, leading to costly repairs or, in severe cases, collapse. But 2A Services has the expertise to manage these unwanted pests on your premises

There are two different methods of termite control:

(1) Post-construction termite proofing,

(2) Pre-construction termite proofing.

Post-Construction Termite Proofing:

• During this method, a visit will be carried out to find the termite species and its level of damage. The visit is completely free.
• WHO and FAO-approved pesticides will be used during this process.
• Holes will be drilled in the ground inside/outside the wall of the building at every 5 feet distance for chemical pouring.
• The hole depth will be 18 inches, and the diameter will be 16 to 18 mm.
• Treatment of the infested wooden structures will be done if needed (e.g., doors and windows) by drilling or spraying methods.
• The whole area will be sprayed for optimum results.
  Controlling damage of termites on floors will only be done by spraying/fumigation method.
• Formulated and safe chemicals will be used for treatment in holes. Treatment of all the electric switchboards, PVC material, and wooden beadings, etc., will also be done.
• Chemical treatment will be done in target areas in one go.
• Technical support will be provided by the client to locate the gas, electricity, water, and sewerage lines during the drilling process if and when required.
• Holes will be closed after treatment for the best results.

Pre-Construction Termite Proofing:

This process will be carried out in three phases for a 100% result.

• After excavation and before construction: There are some termite species that live and establish their colony in the soil. During this phase, the entire excavated area will be treated with formulated chemicals. The reason for this method is to absorb the chemical by the soil, so the chances of termites developing their colony in the soil will be reduced.
• When the building structure is complete: The second termite treatment will be carried out when the building structure is completed. In this treatment, formulated chemicals will be sprayed on the walls before entering the wood material in the building. This treatment will eliminate the establishment of termites in the building.
• Treatment of wood structure entering the building: The third and final phase is treating the wood material used in the building. Sometimes, even if a building is termite-proofed, you may still face termite problems. In this case, untreated wood material could become the reason because sometimes wood material carries termites with itself. Treating the wood material in the last phase will reduce the chance of termites damaging your property by 100%.

After three phases, your building will be 100% termite-proofed.
